Interpretation and Definitions

Some words in here have specific meanings. They're defined below, whether they show up singular or plural. Here's what we mean by each one: • Affiliate is any entity that controls, gets controlled by, or shares control with another party. • Country means Washington, United States • Company (also called "Marblequest", "We", "Us" or "Our") is the seasonal produce subscription service. • Device is anything that can access the Service—computers, phones, tablets, whatever. • Service refers to the Marblequest website and platform. • Terms and Conditions (or just "Terms") is the whole deal between you and us about how you use the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service means stuff from other companies that shows up on the Service. • Website is the Marblequest platform. • You is the person using the Service, or the company they represent.

Acknowledgment

These Terms run the whole relationship between you and Marblequest. They set out what you and we can and can't do. Using the Service means you're accepting these Terms. They apply to everyone on the site. When you use Marblequest, you're agreeing to follow these Terms. If you don't agree with something, don't use it. You also need to be at least 18. Marblequest doesn't let anyone younger use the Service.

Termination

Your damages are capped. The most you can get from Marblequest or our suppliers is what you actually paid us through the Service, or a hundred bucks if you never bought anything. We're not liable for indirect or special damages—lost profits, lost data, broken stuff, privacy issues, whatever—even if we knew it might happen. This is as far as the law lets us go.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service comes as-is, with everything that might be wrong with it. No guarantees of any kind. We're not saying it's fit for anything, we're not saying it won't have problems, nothing like that. More specifically: we're not promising the Service will work, that it won't crash or have bugs, that the information is accurate, or that there's no malware or viruses floating around in it.

Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

Compliance & Regulations

For EU users: your country's consumer protections still apply to you no matter what we say. If you're in the US, you're confirming that you're not in an embargoed country or on any restricted parties list.

Severability and Waiver

If one part of these Terms gets thrown out, the rest stays in place and we'll fix what we can. If we don't enforce something one time, that doesn't mean we won't enforce it later.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

These might be translated, but the English version is the real one if there's a dispute. We can change these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll give you at least thirty days to notice. Keep using the Service after that and you're locked in. These are effective right now.
